if you take out a credit card, in what way is it linked to your bank account? If you%26#039;ve changed name and changed address, can they still find you if you%26#039;ve not changed bank accounts. (I%26#039;m not talking debt money from a clothes binge i%26#039;m talking about money borrowed for me and kids to survive absolute poverty. I%26#039;m talking about 鎷?000 plus about 鎷?0grand interest by now? who knows, i don%26#039;t get the bill sbecause i no longer live at that address.) I%26#039;m just wondering how and WHO is going to come looking for me...i%26#039;m in a nicer situation now, still penniless, but my man wants us to get a mortgage together.
Credit card companies: can they track you down, and how?
When you do finally apply for the mortgage, since it would be on both your credit histories, your creditors who have access to the credit reports will find out your new address etc because it would be on the application. Just be prepared because even though it%26#039;s old debt, it may have been sold to a collection agency (and they use less tact, and whatever else they have to harass you into paying up.) With them, you can settle on a lump sum as whatever you give them is clear profit (you don%26#039;t have to settle for the whole amount).
Not only that, but the mortgage company will see the old debt on the report unless you%26#039;ve cleared the Statue of Limitations. And if you haven%26#039;t, it will affect whether or not they will give the mortgage.

There are numerous ways to do skip tracing. It would be almost impossible to list them all.
