yeah, you just dont pay....voluntarily anyway!

Soon they will send you a summons in the mail for a court date depending on the amount.

The court date is just a formality.

It is like kangaroo court.

The judge will ask you if you are the person named on the summons. They will ask you if you are the one who made these charges.

GUILTY (if you say yes you did)

They can sue you and garnish your wages and your credit will suck for a long time. You can also call the credit co. and offer to settle.

I have to agree with Spiff man. Bankruptcy may be your only option if you qualify.

Each state has different regulations regarding debt. If your in a garnishment state and you owe a good amount most likely they will sue , and garnish unless you are except from garnishment. (Social security or disability.)

If your in a non garnishment state then they could do a lien or judgement.

I guess your going to have to weight the cost of the principle vers the cost of years of high interest rates because of damaged credit.

I dont know if you mean letters from debt collectors or debt collectors coming to your door

In Scotland warrant sales have been made illegal. No one is lawfully allowed to come to your house and sell anything that belongs to you, even your car.

I dont know if there is anyway you dont have to pay, but if it is something you think they have done wrong, then maybe you%26#039;d be best to see a lawyer
