I was in a debt manangment program and found out my account with Household Bank was dropped from the program because of late fees. I cancelled the program and took out a loan to pay off my debts. My question is. If a credit card account has been closed, can it be reactivated?

Why would you want to reactivate it? That is the reason that you were in the program in the first place.

Start putting money into the bank, and get a debit card. It works like a credit card, however, your limit is whatever the balance in your bank is. If you can save $1000, then that is what you can spend.

Get control over your finances, before you have to re-enter another program.
