The judge%26#039;s signed final decree of divorce states that the debt is entirely mine, and I am paying it down but it is a little overdue. Now they are harassing my ex at work. We have tried to write them and have him taken off the card since the account is CLOSED and the debt is mine. They said that we signed up for the card before we divorced and they can still bug him.
