My husband got a phone call from that company. We have like 20 thousand $ debt on our credit cards and they said they going to help us pay it off. How its working: we send the %26quot;ADS company%26quot; $350 a month for the first 4 months (those money that we are paying to them he said will go to a savings account). and we are not paying anything for the credit cards (he said you are going to get phone calls from credit card companies, just hang up on them).
Then they contact the credit card company and pay off your debt.
And you are just keep paying them for 47 more month, $350 a month
Its just seems too suspicious to mee, I am afraid they will take the money from us and won`t do anything with the credit cards, and our credit history is going to be bad (though he said its only going to be bad for 6-7 months until his company will pay our credit debts)
Does anyone know anything about that company if we can trust them?

It is a SCAM. You are correct what they will do is take that $350 dollars a month and never pay your credit card companies. They say to hang up with your credit card company if they call? That is the big hint right there that it is a scam.
This will ruin your credit rating and cause you other problems. Not to mention they have your checking account number and can basically clean your account out also. Any legitimate company will work with your credit card company and make any arangements before you go on a payment plan.
If they call again do not give them any account information, ask them to send you the documentation through the US Mail, if you can find the mailing address of your local police station that is a good one to give them. You will never hear from them again.

If at all possible stay far away for them and try to do this yourself (Refinance if you own a home), use your income tax return, get a second job, cut back on expenses. I just finished paying $12,000 out of my $19,000 debt. I used my income tax return, worked a second job and lived like I had no money. These people are liars and you end up in more trouble than when you first started. I did this with a company a few years ago and all they did was pay my bills late, cancel all my credit cards and keep a small percentage of my fee. I don%26#039;t think it%26#039;s worth it
